ALGÉRIE/ POLITIQUE: Mokrane Ait Larbi dénonce l’annulation de l’université de RAJ
Maitre Mokrane Ait larbi a dénoncé mardi la décision des autorités de la wilaya de Béjaia d’interdire la traditionnelle université d’été programmée les 28/29/ et août à Tichy,dans une déclaration publiée sur sa page facebook.
« Les réunions pacifiques sont garanties à la fois par la Constitution que le pouvoir « respecte » dans le discours, et par les conventions internationales ratifiées par l’Algérie. Aucun responsable n’a donc le droit d’interdire une réunion pacifique. », écrit l’avocat.
« Tout en dénonçant cette décision arbitraire qui porte atteinte aux libertés publiques et aux droits de l’Homme, je demande aux autorités publiques de respecter les lois et les engagements internationaux. » écrit-il encore Puis de considérer « cet acte comme une provocation à la révolution pacifique; »et une agression de la contre-révolution. »
Rappelant que « l’organisation de réunions et de rassemblements fait partie des droits fondamentaux inaliénables en toutes circonstances, », Mokrane Ait Larbi exprime sa solidarité avec l’association RAJ, invitant à la mobilisation « pour imposer le respect de nos droits et de nos libertés. »
