Le ministère de la Jeunesse et des Sports (MJS) vient de fixer comme dernier délai pour la tenue des assemblées générales ordinaires (AGO) et les assemblées générales électives (AGE) des fédérations sportives nationales au plus tard le 15 avril prochain.
“Un intervalle maximum de 15 jours doit être observé entre l’organisation de l’AGO et l’AGE”, précise une note méthodologique relative au processus de renouvèlement des structures d’organisation et d’animation sportives nationales.
Lors d’une réunion tenue jeudi avec les secrétaires généraux et représentants des fédérations sportives nationales, le directeur des sports du MJS, Mohamed Djiraoui, a insisté sur la nécessité de respecter les dispositions règlementaires et statutaires en la matière, sous peine de sanctions prévues par la loi.
En cette période de pandémie mondiale de Coronavirus, Djiraoui a également insisté sur “le strict respect des règles d’hygiène et des mesures barrières dont le port du masque et la distanciation sociale”.
Dans ce contexte, le MJS a appelé les secrétaires généraux et représentants des fédérations sportives nationales à privilégier “les grands espaces, notamment les salles de sports et les espaces ouverts”.
Outre ces mesures, le document du MJS indique que les suspensions prononcées à l’encontre des membre de l’AG par la fédération sportive nationale après le 8 juin 2020 ne seront pas prises en compte, en application de la circulaire N.264 du 8 juin 2020 relative au processus de renouvellement des mandats des instances sportives nationale.
