Le ministère de l’Intérieur, des Collectivités locales et de l’Aménagement du territoire a appelé, lundi, les propriétaires des véhicules dont l’année de mise en circulation est inconnue, et portant les diagrammes “22” ou “33”, à régulariser leur situation avant le 31 décembre 2023, pour éviter les sanctions prévues par la législation.
“Les propriétaires des véhicules dont l’année de mise en circulation est inconnue, portant les diagrammes +22+ ou +33+, sont appelés à régulariser la situation de leurs véhicules avant le 31 décembre 2023, et ce en vue d’éviter les sanctions prévues par la législation et la règlementation en vigueur, notamment les dispositions de la loi n 01-14 du 19 août 2001 relative à l’organisation, la sécurité et la police de la circulation routière, modifiée et complétée”, a rappelé le ministère dans son communiqué.
Le ministère a souligné que les propriétaires de ces véhicules doivent se rapprocher des services des mines territorialement compétents afin d’effectuer un contrôle de conformité et déterminer leur année de mise en circulation, suite à quoi, ils devront déposer le procès-verbal du contrôle de conformité au service d’immatriculation pour élaborer des cartes d’immatriculation et remplacer les plaques d’immatriculation des véhicules portant les diagrammes “22” ou 33″ par la date de sa première mise en circulation.
