L’Agence algérienne de promotion de l’investissement (AAPI) a annoncé ce mardi avoir engagé la procédure d’annulation des décisions d’attribution provisoires de foncier économique accordées aux porteurs de projets n’ayant pas finalisé les démarches d’enregistrement requises.
Dans un communiqué officiel, l’AAPI informe les investisseurs concernés que cette décision concerne les bénéficiaires de foncier relevant du domaine privé de l’État, attribué à titre provisoire en vue de la réalisation de projets d’investissement, mais dont les procédures d’enregistrement définitif n’ont pas été complétées, comme l’exige la loi 22-18 relative à l’investissement.
L’Agence explique avoir épuisé toutes les voies de relance, notamment par des mises en demeure restées sans réponse, avant de recourir à cette mesure. Selon elle, l’absence de réaction des porteurs de projets démontre que ces derniers ne sont pas prêts à passer à la phase de réalisation.
L’objectif affiché de cette opération est de réaffecter les assiettes foncières gelées à des investisseurs prêts à concrétiser rapidement leurs projets, afin de stimuler l’activité économique et éviter le blocage des ressources foncières.
L’AAPI lance un dernier appel aux porteurs de projets n’ayant pas encore régularisé leur situation. Elle les invite à se connecter à leur compte personnel sur la plateforme numérique de l’investisseur et à finaliser les démarches dans un délai de huit (8) jours à compter de la date de publication de l’avis. Faute de quoi, leurs décisions d’attribution seront annulées.
