ALGÉRIE/ POLITIQUE : Inscription des nouveaux bacheliers : début 20 juillet, clôture le 12 septembre
Les préinscriptions et inscriptions définitives des nouveaux bacheliers, au titre de l’année universitaire 2019-2020, débuteront le 20 juillet, indique mardi, une circulaire du ministère de l’Enseignement supérieur et de la Recherche scientifique (MESRS).
Le document du MERS souligne que le calendrier, qui sera précédé par des portes ouvertes au niveau des établissements d’enseignement supérieur du 15 au 23 juillet 2019, est décliné en 4 phases.
Il a précisé que la première phase, qui se déroulera du 20 juillet au 3 août, portera sur l’exploitation des résultats du baccalauréat et la détermination des moyennes nationales minimales pour participer au classement dans certaines filières (20 au 22 juillet), les préinscriptions (22 au 24 juillet), la confirmation des préinscriptions (25 au 26 juillet), le traitement des vœux (27 juillet au 3 août) et la proclamation des résultats des affectations (3 août au soir).
La deuxième phase, qui s’étale du 4 au 17 août, portera sur la confirmation ou la réorientation ou les tests et entretiens pour les filières concernées (4 au 8 août), l’ouverture du portail “hébergement” (8 au 17 août), le 2ème traitement des cas d’échecs aux tests/entretiens et des demandes de réorientations (14 au 17 août au matin) et la proclamation des résultats des affectations (17 août).
La troisième phase, qui s’étendra du 2 au 8 septembre, concernera les inscriptions définitives et les dossiers œuvres universitaires, alors que la 4ème phase, qui se tiendra du 2 au 12 septembre, portera sur le traitement des cas particuliers par les EES (PROGRES) et la réouverture du portail hébergement, bourse et transport.
Enfin, le ministère conclue que la date limite du 12 septembre clôture, définitivement, les inscriptions.
