ALGÉRIE/POLITIQUE: L’ONM appelle à relancer le projet de loi criminalisant le colonialisme
L‘Organisation nationale des moudjahidine (ONM) a appelé jeudi à relancer le projet de condamnation de la colonisation en entamant sans délai les démarches nécessaires à l’adoption du document y relatif.
“Les événements en cours sur la scène nationale depuis le 22 février 2019 ont préparé le terrain pour appeler à la relance du projet de condamnation de la colonisation en entamant sans délai les démarches nécessaires à l’examen, à l’enrichissement et à l’adoption de ce document historique”, a indiqué l’ONM dans un communiqué.
Dans ce cadre, l’Organisation appelle les institutions législatives à promulguer un texte législatif criminalisant la colonisation française et mettant la communauté internationale devant la réalité des crimes coloniaux barbares pour qu’elle prenne conscience de leur gravité, rappelant que “des membres de l’Assemblée populaire nationale (APN) avaient pris l’initiative d’élaborer un texte législatif en ce sens, mais qui n’a jamais vu le jour”.
L’ONM a, par ailleurs, réaffirmé sa condamnation du texte législatif glorifiant la colonisation adopté par l’Assemblée nationale française le 23 février 2005, dénonçant “la volonté de la France officielle d’occulter des vérités qui mettent à nu la gravité de ses pratiques barbares à dessein de les présenter aux générations montantes comme un acte civilisateur au lieu d’assumer ses responsabilités historiques dans les tragédies de la colonisation qui resteront vivaces dans la mémoire du peuple algérien”.
