ALGÉRIE/ POLITIQUE L’affaire Kamel «El boucher» reportée au 6 octobre
La Cour d’Alger a décidé, dimanche, le report, pour la deuxième fois consécutive, du procès en appel de l’homme d’affaires Kamel Chikhi dit «El boucher», principal accusé dans l’affaire des conservateurs fonciers, au 6 octobre prochain, un report qui intervient à la demande des avocats du prévenu, a-t-on appris auprès de la défense. Le tribunal de Sidi M’hamed (Alger) avait requis une peine de dix (10) ans d’emprisonnement ferme, assortie d’une amende d’un (1) million de DA à l’encontre de Kamel Chikhi, avec l’interdiction, pendant 5 ans, de conclure des marchés publics, outre le versement de 10 millions de DA au trésor public en tant que partie civile.
Des peines allant de quatre (04) à huit (08) ans de prison ont été prononcées à l’encontre des autres accusés dans la même affaire, tandis que l’un des accusés a été acquitté.
Par ailleurs, le tribunal a requis la saisie des biens immobiliers de certains accusés et des membres de leurs familles, et des amendes de 500.000 DA.
Le procureur de la République près du même tribunal avait requis une peine de dix (10) années d’emprisonnement assortie d’une amende d’un (1) million de DA à l’encontre du principal accusé Kamel Chikhi pour «incitation à l’abus de pouvoir et octroi de pots-de-vin à des fonctionnaires des services de l’urbanisme d’Alger en contrepartie d’indus services». En outre, le ministère public a requis la saisie de tous les avoirs issus du crime avec des peines allant de deux (02) à dix (10) ans de prison et des amendes allant de 50.000 DA à 1.000.000 DA à l’encontre des 12 autres détenus poursuivis pour «abus de pouvoir et de fonction et acceptation de pots-de-vin et de cadeaux de l’accusé principal «El Boucher» en contrepartie de facilitations administratives pour la réalisation de ses projets immobiliers».
