Deux cent soixante-trois (263) nouveaux cas confirmés de Coronavirus (Covid-19), 202 guérisons et 4 décès ont été enregistrés durant les dernières 24 heures en Algérie, a annoncé mardi à Alger, le porte-parole du Comité scientifique de suivi de l’évolution de la pandémie du Coronavirus, Dr Djamel Fourar.
Le total des cas confirmés s’élève ainsi à 107841, dont 263 nouveaux cas, soit 0,6 cas pour 100.000 habitants lors des dernières 24 heures, celui des décès à 2898 cas, alors que le nombre de patients guéris est passé à 73732, a précisé Dr Fourar lors du point de presse quotidien consacré à l’évolution de la pandémie de Covid-19.
En outre, 17 wilayas ont recensé durant les dernières 24 heures moins de 9 cas, 25 n’ayant enregistré aucun cas, alors que 6 autres ont enregistré plus de 10 cas, a-t-il ajouté.
Par ailleurs, 23 patients sont actuellement en soins intensifs, a-t-il également fait savoir.
Le même responsable a souligné que la situation épidémiologique actuelle exige de tout citoyen vigilance et respect des règles d’hygiène et de distanciation physique, rappelant l’obligation du respect du confinement et du port du masque.
