Le gouvernement, réuni jeudi sous la présidence du Premier ministre, M. Aïmene Benabderrahmane, a examiné un avant projet de loi relative à l’investissement qui consacre la liberté d’initiative, simplifie les procédures au profit des investisseurs et encourage les IDE, selon un communiqué des services du Premier ministre.
Ce projet de texte, examiné en application des directives du président de la République lors du Conseil des ministres du 13 mars dernier, relatives à la préparation d’un nouveau texte législatif consacré à la promotion de l’investissement, “consacre le principe de liberté d’investissement et d’initiative en intégrant des mesures de simplification des procédures au profit des investisseurs”, selon le communiqué.
Il prévoit également le renforcement des prérogatives du guichet unique en matière d’accompagnement et de facilitation de l’acte d’investir, selon la même source.
En outre, il porte sur la réduction significative des délais de traitement des dossiers d’investissement émanant de porteurs de projets, notamment à travers la dématérialisation des procédures.
Le projet de texte prévoit également des dispositions incitatives en direction des investissements directs étrangers (IDE) créateurs d’emploi et garantissant le transfert de technologie et permettant à l’Algérie d’intégrer les chaines de valeurs internationales.
Conformément aux procédures établies, ce projet de texte fera l’objet d’un examen lors d’un prochain Conseil des ministres, selon le même communiqué.
