Les préinscriptions des nouveaux bacheliers (baccalauréat 2022) ont débuté jeudi sur le portail électronique du ministère de l’Enseignement supérieur et de la Recherche scientifique (MESRS) et se poursuivront jusqu’au 24 juillet.
Le nouveau bachelier peut effectuer sa préinscription du 21 au 24 juillet 2022, en remplissant sa fiche de vœux en ligne à l’adresse https://www.orientation-esi.dz, avait indiqué le ministère.
Pour mener à bien l’opération, le ministère de l’Enseignement supérieur et de la Recherche scientifique a mis à la disposition des lauréats du baccalauréat 2022 le guide du bachelier, une circulaire ministérielle spéciale et l’application “TawdjihCom” disponible sur le portail du bachelier. Les versions interactives ou PDF du guide et des circulaires 1, 3 et 4 sont également à leur disposition.
Le bachelier doit remplir sa fiche de vœux par ordre décroissant (entre 6 et 10 choix au maximum) et consulter et imprimer la liste des filières auxquelles il ouvre droit, a souligné le ministère. Au moins deux (2) parcours de formation de licence à inscription locale ou régionale assurés par un établissement universitaire doivent y figurer, selon le ministère.
Une fois ces démarches effectuées, le bachelier devra valider sa préinscription en ligne du 25 au 26 juillet, avec la possibilité de modifier la précédente fiche de vœux, a fait savoir le ministère précisant que, le cas échéant, c’est la deuxième fiche de vœux qui sera prise en compte dans l’orientation de l’étudiant.
Les résultats seront mis en ligne le 3 août 2022 et les entretiens des candidats orientés vers les écoles supérieures des enseignants se tiendront du 4 au 8 août 2022, le bachelier devant se présenter à l’établissement d’orientation pour passer l’entretien oral. L’inscription définitive dans ces écoles est soumise à la condition d’âge (24 ans maximum au 31 décembre 2022) et au résultat de l’entretien oral, selon la même source.
En cas d’échec au test, il sera automatiquement orienté vers le choix suivant mentionné dans la fiche de vœux, qui n’est pas soumis à un test oral et qui remplit la condition de la moyenne minimale d’accès à ce choix.
Pour les bacheliers n’ayant obtenu aucun de leurs choix, il leur est proposé une deuxième préinscription, du 04 au 06 août prochain, en remplissant une autre fiche de vœux par ordre décroissant. La fiche doit contenir six (06) choix, dont deux (02) obligatoirement dans les cursus de licence à inscription locale ou régionale.
La date limite pour effectuer cette opération est fixée au 06 août 2022, sachant que l’annonce des résultats se fera le 11 du même mois au soir.
Une fois informé de son orientation, le nouvel étudiant doit confirmer son inscription définitive en ligne à l’adresse https://progres.mesrs.dz/webetu, du 05 au 08 septembre 2022.
L’original du relevé de notes du baccalauréat doit être déposée par la suite au niveau de l’établissement d’orientation.
Concernant les cas particuliers, une plate-forme sera ouverte à cet effet pour procéder à leur examen par les établissements d’enseignement supérieur d’accueil, du 09 au 15 septembre 2022, conformément à une circulaire complémentaire fixant les modalités, le calendrier ainsi que les cas où le directeur de l’établissement universitaire est autorisé à proposer une redistribution interne et externe des étudiants, en concertation avec les Conférences régionales des universités, notamment pour les filières qui enregistrent une baisse sensible du nombre d’étudiants.
Dans le cas où le nouvel étudiant est concerné par l’hébergement dans une cité universitaire, le ministère appelle à introduire une demande d’hébergement en ligne, entre le 20 et le 26 août 2022.
