“Les mots ne sauraient décrire la grandeur de ce moment qui intervient 40 ans après la proclamation de l’Etat de Palestine par le militant martyr Yasser Arafat (Abou Ammar) dans cette même salle et sous le même toit”, a indiqué le Président Tebboune au terme de la signature de la “Déclaration d’Alger” au Palais des nations (Club des Pins) par les représentants des différentes factions palestiniennes.
“L’Etat de Palestine a été la cible de tant de crises et complots. Mais, Dieu a voulu que nous assistions aujourd’hui à une journée mémorable, marquée par un retour à la normale”, a ajouté le président de la République.
A cette occasion, le Président Tebboune a salué les responsables palestiniens et les représentants des factions palestiniennes présents “pour avoir respecté la volonté du peuple palestinien à Ghaza, en Cisjordanie, ainsi que la diaspora. C’est aussi la volonté du peuple algérien”, a-t-il dit, formant le vœu de “voir l’établissement d’un Etat palestinien indépendant à part entière sur la base des frontières de juin 1967, avec El Qods pour capitale”.
A cette occasion, le Président Tebboune a été honoré par les factions palestiniennes signataires de la “Déclaration d’Alger” en reconnaissance de ses efforts colossaux et de son rôle important dans l’unification des rangs palestiniens, et la consécration de l’unité palestinienne.
