Le Premier ministre, M. Aïmene Benabderrahmane a approuvé la création de 52 bibliothèques de lecture publique dont la mise en exploitation aura lieu au titre des exercices 2023-2024-2025, indique, mercredi, un communiqué du ministère de la Culture et des Arts.
Cette décision vient “conforter les acquis réalisés par le secteur de la culture dans le domaine de la lecture publique et renforcer le réseau des bibliothèques publiques notamment dans les wilayas nouvellement créées et les zones d’ombre”, précise la même source.
Ces espaces de lecture contribueront assurément à l’insertion des jeunes, en leur garantissant le droit à la lecture ainsi qu’à la création de 1050 nouveaux postes d’emploi dans le secteur de la culture”, ajoute la même source.
Ainsi, la création de 52 bibliothèques de lecture publique constitue “un des acquis réalisés par le secteur de la culture au cours de ces dernières années en matière de lecture publique et un tremplin pour renforcer la politique de l’Etat visant à diffuser le savoir et la lecture” à travers les différentes régions du pays.
Les zones d’ombre “se taillent la part du lion dans ces bibliothèques, conformément à la politique judicieuse du président de la République, M. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, pour le développement et la promotion de ces zones”, ajoute le communiqué.
