S’exprimant à l’ouverture des réunions périodiques des coordinateurs des radios télévisions arabes, des ingénieurs et des techniciens des réseaux d’échanges à Alger, M. Bouslimani s’est félicité du “bond remarquable enregistré en matière d’échanges d’informations et de programmes en 2022 notamment à l’occasion de la couverture médiatique des travaux du Sommet arabe tenu en novembre dernier en Algérie et dont les conclusions liées à l’unification des rangs arabes et au renforcement de l’action arabe commune, ont été particulièrement saluées
Il a soutenu que cette réunion “se veut un espace de rencontres en vue d’évaluer les réalisations et de rattraper les insuffisances pour permettre au citoyen arabe d’accéder à une information fiable et professionnelle à travers les divers programmes et émissions diffusés par nos radios et nos télévisions”.
Et d’ajouter que “cette activité s’inscrit dans le cadre de la démarche de l’Union de radiodiffusion des Etats arabes (ASBU), en vue de la relance des efforts interarabes outre la mise en œuvre d’une stratégie médiatique tenant compte des intérêts de nos Etats et des aspirations de nos peuples”.
Il a souligné que “l’Algérie, en s’adaptant à cette réalité et aux défis qui se posent à la nation arabe, soutient de façon inconditionnelle tous les efforts et initiatives visant à permettre la maitrise des moyens de communication et des nouveaux supports basés sur la numérisation”.
Le ministre a salué le projet de la nouvelle plateforme Cloud et les différents projets et programmes y afférents réalisés par des “compétences arabes”, relevant que la conjoncture “nous appelle à focaliser sur la formation et à lui accorder une importance extrême”.
M.Bouslimani a estimé que “l’intérêt accordé à la formation dans les domaines de l’information et de la communication au niveau national et au niveau de l’ASBU est à même de renforcer les capacités des travailleurs dans les entreprises de communication et les plateformes numériques, notamment pour faire face aux fake news ciblant nos jeunes en premier lieu”.
Il a expliqué que le rôle des médias arabes, tous supports confondus, “se traduit à travers la contribution efficace à la production d’un contenu arabe reflétant la réalité arabe tout en servant ses causes communes”, saluant le développement des activités du Centre au niveau technique et de la programmation par le lancement de systèmes multimédias d’échange via les satellites”.
“L’ASBU fournit à ses utilisateurs les techniques les plus rapides et les moins coûteuses pour l’échange de produits médiatiques, outre l’ouverture d’horizons de coopération avec les systèmes d’échange mondiaux, ce qui augure d’un avenir prometteur pour les établissements et les médias arabes”, a-t-il indiqué.
Pour sa part, le directeur général de l’ASBU, Suleiman Abderrahim a salué le rôle “clé” du Centre arabe d’échange d’informations et programmes, en coordination avec l’ASBU et ses structures professionnelles en matière d’échanges d’informations et de programmes, et la facilité de transmission des produits radiophoniques et télévisuels vers les instances membres et les partenaires des unions de radios et organisations professionnelles régionales et internationales.
Il a estimé que ce développement croissant est le résultat “des efforts constants consentis avec sérieux et professionnalisme”.
Le président du Centre arabe d’échange d’informations et de programmes, Mohcen Slimani a affirmé que les réunions des coordinateurs de radios et de télévisions et des ingénieurs permettra de sortir, à l’avenir, avec des recommandations “professionnelles et opérationnelles” d’échange, notamment au vu du bilan “positif” des échanges enregistré l’année dernière.
