Le juge d’instruction près le Pôle pénal économique et financier de la Cour d’Alger a ordonné le placement en détention provisoire de deux anciens Directeurs généraux de l’Agence nationale d’édition et de publicité (ANEP), répondant aux initiales de “K. Dj.” et “Ch. A.”, et 5 autres accusés sous contrôle judiciaire, dont l’ancien ministre de la Communication répondant aux initiales de “H. G.”, impliqués dans des affaires de corruption et de dilapidation de deniers publics, a indiqué lundi un communiqué du Procureur de la République près le Pôle pénale économique et financier.
“En vertu des dispositions de l’article 11 du Code de procédure pénale, le Parquet de la République près le Pôle pénal économique et financier porte à la connaissance de l’opinion publique que suite à l’enquête ouverte par le service régional des enquêtes judiciaires relevant de la Direction générale de la sécurité intérieure (DGSI), pour des faits de corruption et de dilapidation de deniers publics concernant l’ANEP, ayant entrainé des pertes au Trésor estimées à des milliards, les mis en cause ont été présentés devant le Parquet le 5 mars 2023”, lit-on dans le communiqué.
Il s’agit d'”octroi d’espaces publicitaires à des journaux minuscules et d’autres fictifs, n’existant pas sur la scène médiatique, sans atteindre l’objectif de la publicité, outre le népotisme qui sévissait à travers le choix de titres donnés, avec la complicité de responsables à l’ANEP”.
