Lors de sa réunion hebdomadaire, le Gouvernement a examiné les points suivants:
Dans le domaine de l’enseignement supérieur
Le Gouvernement a entendu une communication du ministre de l’Enseignement supérieur et de la Recherche scientifique sur le projet d’organisation des assises nationales sur la réforme et la modernisation de l’enseignement supérieur.
L’organisation prochaine de ces assises s’inscrit dans le cadre de la concrétisation des orientations de Monsieur le Président de la République, données lors du Conseil des ministres du 5 février 2023, visant la révision du système d’enseignement supérieur selon une vision consensuelle de la famille universitaire.
Dans le domaine de la numérisation et des statistiques
Le Gouvernement a entendu une communication de la ministre de la Numérisation et des Statistiques sur les statistiques relatives aux comptes économiques en Algérie.
La communication a dressé un état des lieux du système statistique relatif aux comptes économiques nationaux et a exposé les contraintes auxquelles fait face ce dernier ainsi que les solutions pour son amélioration.
A ce titre, il a été mis l’accent sur les principaux axes de la feuille de route du secteur de la numérisation et des statistiques en la matière, dont la mise en place d’une plateforme dynamique des statistiques visant à améliorer la collecte et l’exploitation des informations et des données de l’ensemble des secteurs, notamment en termes de disponibilité, de qualité, d’exhaustivité, de granularité, de régularité et des délais de transmission et ce, conformément aux règles, aux normes et standards internationaux.
Dans le domaine de l’hydraulique
Le Gouvernement a entendu une communication conjointe du ministre de l’Agriculture et du Développement rural et du ministre de l’Hydraulique sur les mesures prises pour pallier le stress hydrique impactant les périmètres agricoles.
Cette communication s’inscrit dans le cadre du suivi permanent des cultures stratégiques contribuant à assurer la sécurité alimentaire nationale en vue de prendre les mesures correctives nécessaires, notamment celles relatives à la campagne céréalière qui fait l’objet d’un suivi rigoureux par le comité national installé au niveau du ministère de l’Agriculture et du Développement rural.
Dans ce cadre, des mesures d’urgence ont été adoptées en faveur des agriculteurs, notamment à travers le recours à l’irrigation d’appoint et au forage des puits avec l’utilisation des systèmes d’irrigation économes d’eau qui permettent d’économiser jusqu’à 70% de cette ressource hydrique et d’obtenir de meilleurs résultats.
Dans le même cadre, le ministre de l’Hydraulique a présenté une communication sur le programme d’urgence d’approvisionnement en eau potable et les mesures prises pour pallier le stress hydrique au niveau des wilayas concernées.
L’exposé a porté sur l’état d’exécution du programme d’urgence adopté lors de la réunion du Gouvernement du 11 janvier 2023, qui concerne 19 wilayas et ce, afin d’assurer un approvisionnement régulier de la population en eau potable durant l’année en cours.
La communication a permis également d’examiner l’état d’avancement des projets en cours d’exécution visant à garantir la sécurité hydrique sur les court et moyen termes”.
