Le Commandant des Forces navales, le Général-major Mahfoud Benmeddah, a présidé, lundi, la cérémonie de sortie de cinq promotions à l’Ecole supérieure navale “Moudjahid Général-Major Mohamed Boutighane” de Tamentfoust (Alger) au titre de l’année académique 2022-2023.
Les promotions ont suivi des formations dans plusieurs spécialités, dont le Commandement et l’Etat-major, le Perfectionnement et la Gestion et l’administration des affaires maritimes.
Dans une allocution prononcée à cette occasion, le Commandant de l’Ecole supérieure navale, le Général-Major Marzouk Ahmed a souligné l’importance du système de formation, qui permet incontestablement, a-t-il dit, de “forger des compétences militaires capables de s’adapter aux progrès militaires rapides que connaît le monde aujourd’hui”, exhortant les nouveaux diplômés à “faire preuve de discipline et d’abnégation pour être à la hauteur de la renommée de l’Armée nationale populaire (ANP), digne héritière de l’Armée de libération nationale (ALN)”.
Après la prestation de serment, la remise des diplômes et des grades aux majors de promotions et la passation du drapeau, les promotions sortantes ont été baptisées du nom du chahid Oukil Ali.
La cérémonie a ensuite été marquée par des exhibitions d’arts martiaux “Kouksoul” exécutés par des élèves, suivies de la parade militaire des promotions sortantes.
Au terme de la cérémonie, la famille du chahid Oukil Ali a été honorée par le Général-major Benmeddah, qui a signé le Livre d’or de l’Ecole.
Né le 15 mars 1921 dans la commune de Lakhdaria (Bouira), feu Oukil Ali a rejoint les rangs de l’ALN en 1955, où il a été chargé d’organiser les structures des moudjahidine (vivres, ravitaillements et collectes).
Connu pour son courage et son dévouement dans la lutte pour la liberté et l’indépendance de l’Algérie, le chahid Oukil Ali est tombé au champ d’honneur en 1958.
