Le Commandant des Forces aériennes, le Général-Major Mahmoud Laraba, a présidé, mardi, la cérémonie de sortie de la 29e promotion des élèves officiers de l’Ecole supérieure des techniques de l’aéronautique (ESTA) “Chahid Rahali Moussa” de Dar El-Beida (Alger) pour l’année 2022-2023.
Dans une allocution prononcée à cette occasion, le Commandant par intérim de l’Ecole, le général Abdelhamid Laib, a mis en avant “l’intérêt accordé par le Haut Commandement de l’Armée à l’enseignement et à la formation”, mettant en évidence “la place qu’occupe cette prestigieuse école qui assure une formation de qualité, permettant aux promotions sortantes d’accomplir leurs missions avec expertise, dévouement et professionnalisme”.
Il a, en outre, indiqué que ces promotions “ont reçu une formation conforme aux dernières méthodes pédagogiques en vigueur et aux progrès scientifiques et techniques, ce qui a permis d’atteindre les objectifs tracés suivant les orientations et les instructions du Haut Commandement de l’Armée nationale populaire (ANP), visant à préparer des cadres hautement qualifiés pour garantir la disponibilité opérationnelle des Forces aériennes, et permettre ainsi à l’institution militaire d’aller de l’avant vers davantage de progrès et de développement et de relever tous les défis”.
Après la prestation de serment et la remise des grades et des diplômes aux promus, la promotion sortante a été baptisée du nom du chahid Aftouche Mohamed.
La cérémonie a été ponctuée d’une parade militaire brillamment exécutée.
Dans ce cadre, le Commandant des Forces aériennes s’est enquis, en compagnie des hôtes de l’Ecole, des projets de fin d’études des élèves officiers de la promotion sortante, avant d’honorer la famille du chahid Aftouche Mohamed.
La chahid Aftouche Mohamed a commencé à militer en 1956 dans les rangs du Front de libération nationale (FLN), avant d’être arrêté, la même année, avec nombre de ses frères d’arme par les forces coloniales.
Sitôt relaxé, le chahid Aftouche Mohamed reprend le militantisme en collectant des fonds pour le FLN. Il tombera au champ d’honneur le 3 février 1962.
