ALGÉRIE/ POLITIQUE : Après ce huitième vendredi, ‘’A qui s’adresser, maintenant ?’’
Une question que les Algériens ont posée durant ces marches du vendredi 8. Malgré le dispositif sécuritaire, notamment les barrages filtrants à Tizi-Ouzou, Bouira, Boumerdés, Bejaia, Blida, Tipasa, des vagues de citoyens ont déferlé sur la capitale, pour converger vers les places Audin et la Grande Poste. Un seul message : refus de l’option Bensalah, comme issue à la sortie de crise.
D’ailleurs, le président par intérim en a pris le gros lot : « Bensalah ma yeslah », « non à la transition avec les trois B », « Pas d’élection avec les experts de la fraude » , « peuple souverain ne veut pas de Bensalah » ont scandé les manifestants. Bensalah est brocardé sur des photos, de dessins le montrant sous les apparences d’Hitler avec sa célèbre moustache. Ou encore installé au bureau d’El Mouradia recevant des ordres de Said Bouteflika.
Gaid Salah, lui, aussi e a pris pour son grade de la part d’une foule qui n’a pas apprécié son changement de ton, après avoir clamé depuis le début du moment que « l’Armée est avec le peuple » En écho à cet colère contre El Gaid des slogans genre « les généraux ne sont pas l’Armée », « Gaid Salah tend le piège , mais le peuple n’est pas dupe », « l’Armée manœuvre, mais le peuple décide ».
Malgré la sortie de millions d’Algériens dans la rue huit vendredis de suite, le pouvoir algérien est resté sourd et prisonnier de ses réflexes. Après avoir tenté toutes les manœuvres et toutes les manipulations, il opte pour la manière forte. Mollement pour l’instant, mais il réprime.
Son message est on ne peut plus clair : hors de question de céder sur l’essentiel. Selon les spécialistes, ce qui s’est passé ce vendredi 12 avril au centre d’Alger confirme les appréhensions qui ont suivi les événements de la semaine. Le pouvoir a montré des signes inquiétants dès mardi. Sur le plan politique, un fait accompli a été imposé au peuple avec l’intronisation d’Abdelkader Bensalah comme chef de l’État intérimaire, conformément à la solution constitutionnelle voulue par l’armée. Une « solution » qui implique aussi le maintien des non moins décriés Noureddine Bedoui et Tayeb Belaïz aux postes respectifs de Premier ministre et de président du Conseil constitutionnel.
La manifestation de ce huitième vendredi ressemble aux précédentes par son esprit festif et bon enfant. Le vert, blanc, rouge du drapeau algérien tranche dans le décor. Brandi, porté autour de épaules, autour de la taille, en chapeaux, en forme de cœur, l’amblée national dans tous ses états !
Alors que la mobilisation était intacte avec des millions de citoyens dans les rues du centre-ville, avec le même pacifisme, les policiers ont sorti la matraque, les gaz lacrymogènes et le canon à eau. Ils ont chargé la foule compacte rassemblée à la place Audin, refoulé ceux qui ont tenté de remonter le boulevard Mohamed V et lancé des bombes lacrymogènes
Dans la matinée, vers onze heures, l’affrontement est évité de justesse entre manifestants et policiers sur le perron de la Grande poste. Les policiers déployés très tôt sur place ont reçu l’ordre de quitter les lieux sous les applaudissements de la foule qui crie « Police , peuple, khawa, Khawa ! »
La hiérarchie de la police a justifié la répression par l’intrusion d’éléments infiltrés qui, curieusement, sont plus nombreux que d’habitude. Elle ne dit pas d’où ils sont sortis, mais elle informe au passage d’une incompréhensible coïncidence : un groupe qui préparait des attentats contre les manifestants à Alger vient d’être démantelé.
« Quand bien même cette histoire de casseurs et d’individus malintentionnés ne serait pas totalement farfelue, il demeure néanmoins troublant qu’ils se soient terrés pendant plusieurs semaines pour surgir au lendemain d’une tentative du pouvoir d’imposer sa solution », dira un père de famille venu accompagner par toute sa tribu.
Si la stratégie du pouvoir est vers la répression, un choix qui va emmener le pays au pire, le citoyen se demande à qui s’adresser maintenant ?
