Le président de la République, M. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, a signé, samedi, un décret présidentiel portant convocation du corps électoral pour la tenue d’une élection présidentielle anticipée le samedi 7 septembre 2024, indique un communiqué de la Présidence de la République.
“Vu la Constitution, notamment ses articles 85 et 91, alinéas 7, 10 et 11, et les articles 62, alinéa 2, et 246 de l’ordonnance 21-01 du 26 Rajab 1442, correspondant au 10 mars 2021, portant loi organique relative au régime électoral, amendée et modifiée, le président de la République, M. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, a signé le décret présidentiel 24-182 du 2 Dhou El Hidja 1445, correspondant au 8 juin 2024, portant convocation du corps électoral pour la tenue d’une élection présidentielle anticipée le samedi 7 septembre 2024”, lit-on dans le communiqué.
Le même décret présidentiel fixe le début de la révision exceptionnelle des listes électorales au mercredi 12 juin 2024 et sa clôture au jeudi 27 juin 2024, ajoute la même source.
