ALGÉRIE/POLITIQUE : Mandat de dépôt contre Saïd Bey et mandat d’arrêt contre Habib Chentouf
Un mandat de dépôt a été délivré à l’encontre de l’ancien commandant de la 2ème région militaire (RM), Bey Saïd et un mandat d’arrêt a été émis à l’encontre de l’ancien commandant de la 1ère RM, Chentouf Habib pour « dissipation et recel d’armes et de munitions de guerre et infraction aux consignes de l’armée », a indiqué dimanche la Cour d’appel militaire de Blida dans un communiqué.
« Conformément aux dispositions de l’article 11 alinéa 3 du code de procédure pénale et, dans le strict respect de ses dispositions, le procureur général militaire près la Cour d’appel militaire de Blida, porte à la connaissance de l’opinion publique, que des poursuites judiciaires ont été engagées pour les chefs de dissipation et recel d’armes et de munitions de guerre au profit de personnes non habilitées à les détenir et infraction aux consignes de l’armée, faits prévus et réprimés par les articles 295 et 324 du Code de justice militaire, à l’encontre des dénommés: Bey Saïd, Chentouf Habib et de toutes autres personnes que l’instruction viendrait à établir », a précisé la même source, citée par l’APS.
Pour « la nécessité des enquêtes, le juge d’instruction, sur réquisition du procureur militaire de la République de Blida, a ordonné, à titre conservatoire, la saisie des armes et des munitions et a décerné un mandat de dépôt à l’encontre du dénommé Bey Saïd et un mandat d’arrêt à l’encontre du dénommé Chentouf Habib, pour violation des obligations du contrôle judiciaire auxquelles il est déjà soumis ».
