ALGÉRIE/ POLITIQUE: Nouveau discours de Gaïd Salah sur la situation politique du pays (texte intégral)
e chef d’état major de l’ANP, Ahmed Gaïd Salah, effectue une visite de travail à la 1ere Région Militaire. Il a supervisé aujourd’hui à Djelfa un exercice tactique.
Comme à chaque sortie de terrain, Ahmed Gaïd Salah a prononcé un discours. Dans son allocution, le chef d’état major a, une nouvelle fois, évoqué, la situation politique actuelle du pays.
Texte intégral :
« Suite à ces données enregistrées sur le terrain, je tiens à rassurer de nouveau le peuple algérien et lui assurer que l’Armée Nationale Populaire continuera à l’accompagner avec la même détermination et résolution, suivant une stratégie bien étudiée, jusqu’à la concrétisation de ses attentes légitimes, qui commencent, Dieu merci, à porter leur fruit progressivement, jusqu’à ce qu’elles soient totalement concrétisées, selon les étapes préconisées par l’Armée Nationale Populaire, qui a de tout temps fait prévaloir l’intérêt de la nation et du peuple et en a fait un objectif au-dessus de tout. Des étapes qui requièrent de la raison, de la clairvoyance et de la sérénité afin de les parachever en toute quiétude et sécurité.
S’agissant de ces étapes prometteuses, visant à parachever le projet de l’édification nationale, nous avons constaté l’apparition de certaines voix qui ne veulent aucun bien à l’Algérie, appelant à l’entêtement et l’acharnement à maintenir les mêmes positions préétablies, sans tenir compte de tout ce qui a été réalisé, le rejet de toutes les initiatives et le boycotte de toutes les démarches, y compris l’initiative de dialogue qui est censée être un des mécanismes civilisées qu’il y a lieu de valoriser, notamment dans ces circonstances particulières que vit notre pays. Ainsi, il y a lieu de mettre à profit toutes les opportunités pour aboutir à une convergence des visions et un rapprochement des points à même de permettre d’aboutir à une solution, voire plusieurs, à la crise dans les plus brefs délais, car si la situation perdure davantage elle aura des conséquences néfastes sur l’économie nationale et sur le pouvoir d’achat des citoyens, surtout que nous sommes à la veille du mois sacré de Ramadhan. Tout cela confirme que ces voix et ces positions obstinées œuvrent à entraîner le pays vers le piège du vide constitutionnel et le faire entrer dans la spirale de la violence et de l’anarchie, ce que refuse catégoriquement, à la fois, tout citoyen dévoué à sa patrie et l’Armée Nationale Populaire. A tous ceux-là nous dirons que le peuple algérien est souverain dans ses décisions, et c’est à lui qu’il appartient de trancher la question lors de l’élection du nouveau président de la République, qui aura la légitimité requise pour satisfaire le reste des revendications populaires légitimes
Ce à quoi vous aspirez par votre élan populaire, en termes de nobles objectifs, que nous saluons, requiert de nous tous de faire preuve de perspicacité et de sagesse afin de mettre en échec toutes les conspirations qui se trament contre notre patrie. Ainsi, nous dépasserons ensemble et en toute sécurité cette étape dans l’histoire de notre nation.
Dans ce sillage, tout en saluant encore une fois votre compréhension et conscience quant à la sensibilité de cette phase, je vous invite encore une fois, Vous, enfants de ma patrie, à faire preuve davantage de prudence et de précaution afin que vos marches préservent leur aspect pacifique et civilisé et ce, en œuvrant à les encadrer et les organiser en vue de les prémunir de toute infiltration ou dérapage, comme fut le cas durant les marches du vendredi passé, qui se sont caractérisées par le calme et la sérénité, déjouant ainsi comme à l’accoutumée, tous les plans ciblant la sécurité et la stabilité de notre patrie.
A cet effet, nous rappelons que notre pays n’a cessé d’être la cible de complots abjects, pour le déstabiliser et mettre en péril sa sécurité, en raison de ses positions constantes et sa décision souveraine refusant tout diktat. En effet, nous avons pu recueillir des informations avérées faisant état d’un plan malveillant pour mener le pays à l’impasse, dont les prémices remontent à 2015, lorsque les trames et les visées du complot ont été révélées. Nous œuvrons sereinement et avec patience à démanteler les bombes à retardement qu’ont implantées ces corrompus et corrupteurs dans les différents secteurs et structures vitales de l’Etat. Ces secteurs seront assainis grâce à la conjugaison des efforts de toutes les personnes de bonne foie, ainsi qu’à la conscience du peuple algérien jaloux pour sa patrie et la disponibilité de ses enfants et frères au sein de l’Armée Nationale Populaire, déployés dans tous les recoins du pays, veillant à préserver l’autorité de l’Etat et la crédibilité des institutions et leur fonctionnement normal
Par ailleurs, j’ai appelé l’appareil de la justice, dans mes interventions précédentes, à accélérer la cadence des poursuites judiciaires concernant les affaires de corruption et de dilapidation des deniers publics et de juger tous ceux qui ont pillé l’argent du peuple. Dans ce contexte, précisément, je valorise la réponse de la justice quant à cet appel qui représente un volet important des revendications légitimes des algériens, ce qui permettra de rassurer le peuple que son argent pillé sera récupéré par la force de la loi et avec la rigueur requise.
Il y a lieu également de mettre en garde contre ce phénomène étrange qui consiste à l’incitation à entraver l’action des institutions de l’Etat et d’empêcher les responsables d’accomplir leurs missions. Ce sont là des comportements contraires aux lois de la République que ne peut accepter le peuple algérien jaloux des institutions de son pays et que ne peut tolérer l’Armée Nationale Populaire, qui s’est engagée à accompagner ces institutions conformément à la Constitution. Comme nous attirons l’attention à ne pas tomber dans le piège de la généralisation et de se garder de faire des préjugés concernant l’intégrité et le dévouement des cadres de l’Etat, qui comptent parmi eux, beaucoup de cadres honnêtes, intègres et loyaux, qui veillent à garantir la continuité des institutions de l’Etat et assurer le bon fonctionnement des affaires publiques au service de la nation et des intérêts des citoyens. Car l’Algérie compte parmi ses enfants des compétences dévouées dans tous les secteurs, qui la portent dans leurs cœurs et n’ont d’allégeance qu’envers la patrie, leur unique souci étant de servir leur pays et le voir fort et fier dans le concert des nations »
