De niveau de vigilance “Orange”, ce BMS concerne les wilayas de Bouira, M’Sila, le Sud de Bejaia, Bordj Bou Arreridj, Sétif, Mila, Constantine, Guelma, Souk Ahras, Oum El Bouaghi, Batna, Khenchela et Tébessa, où les quantités de pluies attendues oscilleront entre 20 et 30 mm, pouvant atteindre ou dépasser localement 40 mm, notamment sur les régions de l’intérieur Est et les Aurès et ce, de 14h00 à 22h00, précise la même source.
