ALGÉRIE/ POLITIQUE : Le fils de Hamel et deux anciens walis entendus par la justice à Tipaza
Mourad Hamel, fils de l’ancien DGSN Abdelghani Hamel, a été auditionné dimanche par le juge d’instruction près le tribunal de Tipasa dans le cadre de l’ouverture d’une enquête sur des présomptions de corruption, rapporte l’agence officielle qui cite des sources judiciaires.
Il a été entendu dans le cadre de l’ouverture d’une instruction judiciaire sur des affaires de corruption, suite à une plainte de la Direction des Domaines de Tipasa.
Le fils de l’ancien DGSN a quitté le tribunal après une audience de près de deux heures devant le juge d’instruction, sans qu’aucune accusation directe ne lui soit portée, a-t-on ajouté de même source, signalant la poursuite « ultérieurement » des audiences, suivant le déroulement de cette enquête judiciaire en cours.
Deux anciens walis de Tipasa, Moussa Ghelai (septembre 2016-octobre 2018) et Mustapha Layadhi (octobre 2011-septembre 2016) ont déjà été entendus par le juge d’instruction près le tribunal de Tipasa, durant la semaine passée, dans le cadre de cette même enquête, au même titre que l’ancien DGSN, le général-major Abdelghani Hamel.
Ils ont tous quitté le tribunal sans qu’aucune accusation ne leur soit portée, dans l’attente de la poursuite des auditions dans cette affaire.
