ALGÉRIE/ POLITIQUE : 5 nouveaux syndicats reçoivent leurs récépissés d’enregistrement
Le ministre du Travail, de l’Emploi et de la Sécurité Sociale, Tidjani Hassan Haddam, a présidé mardi à Alger, une cérémonie de remise des récépissés d’enregistrement de la déclaration de constitution de 5 organisations syndicales, indique dans un communiqué de ce département.
Les nouvelles organisations professionnelles relèvent des secteurs de la Santé, de la Formation et de l’Enseignement Professionnels, de l’Education nationale et du Commerce, précise la même source, notant qu’il s’agit du Syndicat Autonome des Biologistes de Santé Publique, du Syndicat National des Professeurs Spécialisés du Secteur de la Formation et de l’Enseignement Professionnels, du Syndicat National des Superviseurs et Adjoints de l’Education, du Syndicat National des Agents de Contrôle de Commerce et enfin, du Syndicat National Autonome des Fonctionnaire de l’Education.
Cette opération s’inscrit dans le cadre du suivi des décisions issues de la réunion du Gouvernement tenue le 03 avril 2019, concernant l’examen des dossiers des demandes de constitution en syndicats et ce, conformément aux dispositions de la loi n 90-14 du 02 juin 1990, modifiée et complétée, relative à l’exercice du droit syndical, souligne le communiqué.
Le ministère tient, enfin, à rappeler que « ses services restent disponibles et à la disposition des représentants des organisations syndicales de travailleurs et d’employeurs pour répondre à leurs préoccupations ».
