ALGÉRIE/POLITIQUE : Le gouvernement annonce le gel temporel des poursuites à l’encontre des jeunes de l’Ansej
Les mesures populistes que les autorités ont pris l’habitude d’annoncer à l’approche de rendez-vous électoraux ou de décisions à l’encontre de la volonté du peuple sont de retour.
Ce dimanche 26 mai, le ministre du Travail, Tidjani Hassan Haddam, a annoncé sur son compte Twitter une décision prise par le Premier ministre Noureddine Bedoui en faveur des jeunes souscripteurs au dispositif de l’Ansej.
Le gouvernement a décidé de surseoir à toutes les poursuites judiciaires engagées à l’encontre des jeunes n’ayant pas remboursé leur prêt. Il en sera de même pour les procédures de saisie de leur matériel. La décision ne concerne cependant pas ceux qui ont vendu le matériel obtenu dans le cadre du dispositif.
