ALGÉRIE/ POLITIQUE : Pour Mohcine Belabbas, Gaid Salah « manque d’ambition pour l’Algérie »
Mohcine Belabbas dresse un bilan pessimiste de l’évolution de la situation politique en Algérie. Selon le président du RCD, aucune initiative n’a été engagée pour permettre « un retour du pouvoir réel aux civils ».
« L’état-major de l’armée s’est transformé en une sorte de Haut comité de transition décidant de tous et envoyant ses messages les plus importants par l’intermédiaire de son chef Gaid Salah. Malgré les promesses faites au départ pour d’accompagner le mouvement populaire pour rendre sa souveraineté au peuple, aucun dialogue n’a été initié avec les acteurs politiques ou de la société civile pour réunir les conditions d’un retour du pouvoir réel aux civils », écrit-il sur sa page Facebook.
« Quel bilan retenir de ces deux derniers mois ? », s’interroge M. Bellabas. Avant de répondre : « Des causeries hebdomadaires sans vision ni perspectives du vice-ministre de la défense suivies de menaces sans discernement, des institutions politiques paralysées ».
« Aucun dialogue entamé, aucune affaire de justice n’a été élucidée, des abus manifestes de la détention provisoire, une répression assumée, le refus entêté de libérer les nombreux détenus d’opinions qui croupissent toujours dans les geôles du régime », poursuit-il, rappelant les nombreuses propositions de sortie de crise émanant de l’opposition et de la société civile.
