Le vice ministre de la Défense nationale et chef d’état major de l’ANP, Ahmed Gaïd Salah, a adressé ses voeux à l’occasion de l’Aid El Fitr.
« Il m’est agréable, à l’occasion de la célébration de l’Aïd El-Fitr, d’adresser à l’ensemble des Officiers, Sous-officiers, Hommes du Rang et personnels civils, ainsi qu’à leurs familles et proches, mes vives félicitations et meilleurs vœux, priant Allah le Tout-Puissant que cette fête soit synonyme davantage de progrès et de développement pour notre Armée, ainsi que de prospérité, de sécurité et de stabilité pour notre peuple musulman.
Aussi, je ne manquerai pas, en cette opportunité bénie, de louer les immenses efforts et les sacrifices incommensurables que vous ne cessez de consentir afin que notre pays jouisse de la sécurité et de la stabilité. C’est là une des nobles missions dont s’honore l’Armée Nationale Populaire, digne héritière de l’Armée de Libération Nationale, et s’en acquitte pleinement, tel qu’en témoignent les résultats probants qu’elle ne cesse d’enregistrer à tous les niveaux et domaines, ce qui nous encourage en tant que militaires, chacun dans son domaine de compétence et dans les limites de ses prérogatives, à fournir plus d’effort dans la poursuite de notre parcours professionnel, à travers lequel nous aspirons à réaliser davantage de développement et de modernisation de nos Forces Armées, à la hauteur de l’importance des missions constitutionnelles qui lui sont assignées.
Cet objectif ne peut être atteint que par la persévérance sur cette bonne voie et par l’attachement indéfectible à la Patrie et l’inspiration de son passé glorieux, en prenant en exemple les sacrifices des Chouhada d’hier lors des différentes résistances populaires et de la Glorieuse Révolution de Libération, ainsi que les Martyrs du devoir national pour que notre pays vive dans la sécurité et la stabilité. Ces Héros qui méritent aujourd’hui que nous leur rendions hommage, tout comme l’Algérie mérite que son Armée Nationale Populaire demeure en constante vigilance, déployant tous ses efforts afin de faire régner la sécurité et la quiétude dans tous les recoins du pays. »
