La Cour d’Alger a confirmé, ce mercredi 10 juillet, le maintien sous mandat de dépôt de l’ancien moudjahid Lakhdar Bouregaa, a annoncé Fodil Boumala sur sa compte Facebook.
La chambre d’accusation près la Cour d’Alger a statué aujourd’hui, mercredi 10 juillet, sur la requête introduite par les avocats de Lakhdar Bouregaâ, demandant la libération de leur client.
La Cour d’Alger a ainsi confirmé la décision du juge d’instruction près le tribunal de Bir Mourad Raïs de placer, le 30 juin dernier, Lakhdar Bouregaâ sous mandat de dépôt.
M. Bouregaâ est poursuivi pour participation à une entreprise de démoralisation de l’Armée dans une situation de paix et d’atteinte à corps constitué. Ce mercredi matin, le collectif d’avocat de la défense a refusé de plaider devant la chambre d’accusation, estimant que la justice n’est pas libre.
