ALGÉRIE/ ECONOMIE: La licence d’importation et d’exploitation de la matière première accordée: Retour à la normale pour l’Eniem
La licence d’importation et d’exploitation de la matière première (les collections CKD/SKD) pour le montage d’appareils électroménagers, a été accordée, mardi, à l’Enterprise nationale des industries électroménagères (ENIEM), par le ministère de l’industrie et des mines, a indiqué mercredi, le wali de Tizi-Ouzou Mahmoud Djamaa.
Répondant aux questions de journalistes sur le dossier de cette Enterprise nationale des industries électroménagères implanté à la zone industrielle de Oued Aissi (à 7 Km à l’est de la ville de Tizi-Ouzou), le chef de l’exécutif local a expliqué que cette autorisation, permettra à l’entreprise, qui s’est retrouvée dans l’obligation de mettre en congé ses travailleurs le 2 du mois de juillet, de reprendre l’activité.
Il a ajouté que «l’instance dirigeante de l’ENIEM, géant de l’électroménager en Algérie, doit absolument s’engager sur un plan de redressement viable qui permettra aux autorités et pouvoirs publics d’aider cette entreprise et c’est ce que j’ai demandé au PDG de l’Entreprise et au représentant du Comité de participation de l’Etat (CPE) afin que cette entité économique puisse honorer ses engagements et regeler ses problèmes avec la banque», a souligné M. Djamaa.
«Nous voulons que cet outil de production qui a un label et qui produit des appareils électroménagers de bonne qualité puisse, sur la base d’un plan de redressement à moyen terme, dégager un excédent, réaliser des bénéfices ou au moins équilibrer sa gestion et commencer, à rembourser la banque», a-t-il dit.
Relevant qu’une banque ne peut indéfiniment mobiliser des financements sans qu’il y ait retour d’investissement, le wali a ajouté qu’il a demandé la mobilisation de tous pour accompagner cette entreprise. «En tant qu’autorité locale nous sommes entrain d’accompagner cette entreprise qui emploie 1 735 travailleurs ce qui représente un volet social important», a-t-il ajouté.
Contacté par l’APS, le président directeur général de l’ENIEM, Djilali Mouazer, a indiqué qu’une réunion avec la banque de domiciliation de cette entreprise est prévue aujourd’hui (mercredi) pour tenter de trouver des solutions concernant l’ouverture de lettres de crédits pour l’acquisition de la matière première et le rééchelonnent de sa dette. L’activité de production reprendra début aout prochain au retour de congé des travailleurs, a ajouté le PDG de l’ENIEM.
Pour rappel, les employés de l’ENIEM de Tizi-Ouzou ont été contraints de partir en congé, suite à l’épuisement de la matière première nécessaire pour faire fonctionner les ateliers de l’usine sise à Oued Aissi. Le Président-directeur général Mouazer Djilali avait indiqué que la matière première destinée à la production d’appareils électroménagers fabriqués par l’ENIEM dont des climatiseurs, des réfrigérateurs des cuisinières et autres, n’est plus disponibles au niveau des ateliers. «Tout est bloqué ce qui a contraint l’administration à avancer le congé annuel des travailleurs à demain (mardi 2 juillet, Ndlr ), avec le maintien d’un service minimum (pour le service commercial et l’administration)», a-t-il déploré. Cette situation inédite dans les annales de cette entreprise, fleuron de l’industrie nationale, et qui perdure depuis environ trois mois, est le résultat du «blocage de la matière première importée par l’ENIEM au niveau du port d’Alger», a expliqué M. Mouazer.
Il a indiqué que «l’ENIEM n’a pas pu obtenir le renouvellement de sa licence d’importation et d’exploitation des appareils électroménagers devant lui permettre de les récupérer, au niveau du port d’Alger et entrepôt sous douane (ENIEM), et ce malgré les démarches effectuées dans les délais auprès du ministère de l’Industrie et des Mines».
