L’enquête a été ouverte en mois avril, lorsque les frères Chelghoum, dont le P-DG Djamel Eddine, Mohamed Bachir, Ali et Abdelkader, ont été convoqués à Bab Jdid où il a été procédé au retrait de leurs passeports, avant qu’ils ne fassent l’objet d’une ISTN.
Avec cette affaire de grande corruption, les frères Chelghoum ont entraîné plusieurs hauts cadres devant la justice pour, trafic d’influence, abus de fonction, violation des règles des marchés publics,transfert illicite des devises et surfacturation.
