“Plusieurs brigades mobiles (motorisées et pédestres) seront mobilisées afin de faciliter le trafic routier au niveau des voies menant vers cet édifice religieux et architectural, et veiller au respect strict des consignes du protocole sanitaire de la lutte contre le Coronavirus”, a indiqué ce vendredi un communiqué de la Direction générale de la Sûreté nationale(DGSN).
Eu égard à l’étendue de la Grande Mosquée d’Alger, les services de Police veillent à “la mise en œuvre de mesures de sécurité et de circulation dans le périmètre de la mosquée qui s’étend sur une superficie de 200.000 M2, et dont la salle de prière de 20.000 M2 peut accueillir près de 120.000fidèles”.
Par ailleurs, les agents postés dans le périmètre de la mosquée veilleront, eux, à réguler le trafic routier sur les routes adjacentes en vue de faciliter l’affluence des fidèles et des visiteurs, a conclu le communiqué.
