Le ministère de l’Intérieur, des collectivités locales et de l’aménagement du territoire, a annoncé, hier jeudi, des poursuites judiciaires contre le parti l’Union pour le changement et le progrès (UCP) de Zoubida Assoul.
Dans un communiqué publié hier sur sa page Facebook, le ministère de l’Interieur a indiqué avoir enregistré la situation « illégale » du parti UCP.
L’Union pour le changement et le progrès (UCP) a répondu, ce vendredi 23 avril 2021, dans un communiqué publié sur sa page Facebook, aux accusations du ministère de l’Intérieur. . Il indique avoir tenu son congrès le 10 avril dernier, en présence d’un huissier de justice, et « ce conformément à la loi organique régissant les partis politiques ».
Le congrès a élu son bureau exécutif présidé par madame Zoubida Assoul, a indiqué le même communiqué, précisant qu’un point de presse a été tenu le lendemain, le 11 avril, « en présence d’un officier des renseignements généraux de la Sûreté de la wilaya d’Alger, sanctionnée par un communiqué publié sur la page Facebook de l’UCP et repris par la presse nationale ».
Selon le même communiqué, le parti a procédé à la publication des amendements de ses statuts et que l’huissier de justice a établi son procès-verbal et sera « transmis au ministère de l’Intérieur avec tous les documents dans les délais prévus par la même loi ».
« L’UCP et sa présidente remplissent toutes leurs obligations administratives et donc activent en toute légalité conformément à la loi », a indiqué le parti de Zoubida Assoul.
l’UCP a relevé que le communiqué du ministère de l’Intérieur « ne comporte ni date, ni signature de son auteur, ni référence, comme le prévoient la réglementation et règlements en la matière ».
Il ajoute que le « communiqué dans son dernier paragraphe comporte des propos menaçants à l’encontre de la présidente de l’UCP, madame Zoubida Assoul, qui ne trouvent pas leurs justifications légales ».
L’UCP dénonce et condamne « ces pratiques qui s’inscrivent dans une volonté manifeste du pouvoir d’éliminer toutes les forces démocratiques de la scène politique ».
