Les marches de ce 117e vendredi ont été perturbées par l’intervention des forces de l’ordre, lesquelles ont appliqué la dernière instruction du ministère de l’intérieur qui avait recommandé aux organisateurs de déposer préalablement une demande d’autorisation auprès des services de la wilaya et d’indiquer l’itinéraire des marcheurs. Cette instruction ministérielle n’a pas été suivie d’effet puisque les forces de l’ordre sont intervenues massivement pour empêcher ces marches.
À Alger, dès les premiers regroupements, les policiers en tenue et en civil, ont procédé à plusieurs arrestations parmi les manifestants.
Une dizaine de journalistes ont été également appréhendés ainsi que Mohcine Bellabas, le chef du RCD, et Athmane Mazouz, le chargé de la communication, qui ont été emmenés au commissariat de Trollar, non loin de l’avenue Dr Saadane.
La manifestation a quand même eu lieu réunissant des milliers de citoyens mais n’avait pas l’ampleur des précédentes.
Même scénario à Annaba, Setif, Tiaret, Skikda alors qu’à Bordj Bou Arreridj les marcheurs ont évité les forces l’ordre en changeant d’itinéraire. Néanmoins les marches se sont déroulées sans heurts à Tizi Ouzou, Béjaia et les autres villes du pays.
