La 25e édition du Salon international du livre d’Alger (SILA) a enregistré une grande affluence du public à son ouverture vendredi matin au Palais des expositions (Pins maritimes, Alger).
De nombreux visiteurs notamment des jeunes ont commencé à affluer dès les premières heures de l’ouverture vers le pavillon central et autres stands exposant des livres scientifiques, littéraires et religieux.
Ont assisté à la cérémonie d’ouverture la ministre de la Culture et des Arts, Soraya Mouloudji et le représentant de l’Italie invitée d’honneur de la présente édition, Benedetto Della Vedova.
1250 maisons d’édition de 36 pays participent à cette édition organisée sous le thème “Le livre…passerelle de mémoire”.
Le salon accueillera les visiteurs tous les jours de 10h00 à 19h00 et ce jusqu’au 1er avril prochain.
