La Cour d’Alger a condamné mercredi, à 4 ans de prison ferme, l’ancien ministre de l’Habitat, Abdelwahid Temmar, poursuivi dans des affaires de corruption notamment pour dilapidation de deniers public et falsification de documents officiels, lorsqu’il était wali de Mostaganem.
Les peines prononcées en première instance par le Pôle pénal économique et financier du Tribunal de Sidi M’hamed (Alger) contre l’homme d’affaire Tarek Kouninef, Fares Sellal (fils de l’ancien Premier ministre Abdelmalek Sellal) et l’homme d’affaire Abdelmalek Sahraoui, ont été réduites de 3 à de 2 ans de prison ferme.
La Cour d’Alger a, par ailleurs, rendu un jugement de non-lieu pour l’homme d’affaire et président du Forum des chefs d’entreprises (FCE), Ali Haddad. Le jugement de première instance portant acquittement de l’ex-Directeur général (DG) de la résidence d’Etat “Sahel”, Hamid Melzi, a été confirmé.
Les accusés ont été poursuivis, entre autres, pour falsification de documents officiels, dilapidation de deniers public, octroi d’indus avantages, détournement de terres de leur vocation agricole.
