Le Procureur de la République près le Pôle pénal économique et financier du Tribunal de Sidi M’hamed (Alger) a requis des peines allant de douze (12) ans à quinze (15) ans de prison ferme à l’encontre des anciens Premiers ministres Ahmed Ouyahia, Abdelmalek Sellal et Noureddine Bedoui poursuivis dans des affaires de corruption.
Le Procureur de la République a requis une peine de quinze (15) ans de prison ferme à l’encontre d’Ahmed Ouyahia et d’Abdelmalek Sellal et une peine de douze (12) ans de prison ferme avec mandat de dépôt à l’encontre de l’ancien Premier ministre Noureddine Bedoui, poursuivi dans une affaire de corruption lorsqu’il était wali de Constantine.
Dans la même affaire, une peine de vingt (20) ans de prison ferme avec confirmation du mandat d’arrêt international a été requise contre l’ancien ministre de l’Industrie, Abdeslam Bouchouareb.
Le Procureur a également requis des peines allant de quatre (4) ans à vingt (20) ans de prison ferme avec la confiscation de tous les fonds et biens saisis à l’encontre d’anciens ministres, walis et cadres poursuivis dans des affaires de corruption, notamment pour les chefs d’accusation de dilapidation de deniers publics, abus de fonction et octroi d’indus privilèges.
