Au total 52.325 commerçants et nombre d’unités de fabrication des produits alimentaires de large consommation, seront mobilisés à travers l’ensemble du territoire national pour assurer la permanence de l’Aïd El Adha 2023, a annoncé jeudi le ministre du Commerce et de la Promotion des exportations, Tayeb Zitouni.
Dans une déclaration à la presse en marge du Forum sur l’investissement et l’export “Algeria Exspo-Invest”, organisé en marge de la Foire internationale d’Alger (FIA), M. Zitouni a indiqué que le ministère a pris une série de mesures visant à assurer l’approvisionnement continu du marché et éviter la pénurie durant les deux jours de l’Aïd et pendant le weekend qui suit, précisant que 6.463 boulangeries et 28.984 commerçants activant dans l’alimentation générale, fruits et légumes, seront mobilisés durant les jours de cette fête religieuse.
Le programme des permanences concerne également 143 laiteries et 288 minoteries, a-t-il ajouté.
Pour M. Zitouni, près de 183.000 commerçants itinérants veilleront à assurer l’approvisionnement en produits de base, d’autant plus que la majorité de cette catégorie de commerçants activent dans le domaine fruits et légumes, outre les 39 unités de production d’eau minérale qui seront mobilisés à cet effet.
Le ministre a, en outre, souligné que 2.356 agents de contrôle ont été affectés au niveau du territoire national pour le suivi de la mise en œuvre du programme des permanences élaboré à cet égard.
Le premier responsable du secteur a, par ailleurs, exprimé sa satisfaction du taux (98%) de respect par les commerçants du programme des permanences durant l’Aïd El Fitr.
