“Désormais tous les projets du secteur des travaux publics et des infrastructures de base doivent répondre à une logique de complémentarité entre les régions, car leur concrétisation va bénéficier à un ensemble de régions et ne doivent pas être réaliser de façon séparer”, a affirmé le ministre lors de sa visite dans la wilaya de Médéa.
Selon M.Djellaoui, “l’objectif de cette démarche est de garantir une interconnexion entre plusieurs wilayas et contribuer à optimiser leur impact sur le développement socio-économiques de ces régions”.
Le ministre a insisté, par ailleurs, sur “la qualité des travaux des projets et le strict respect des normes de réalisation, de sorte à garantir la pérennité des projets et éviter des dépenses supplémentaires”.
Lors de la première étape de sa visite, le ministre a inspecté l’état d’avancement des travaux de dédoublement du tronçon de la route nationale N 127 reliant El-Ayoune (Tissemsilt) et Ksar-El-Boukhari (Médéa), sur un linéaire de 73 km et qui affiche un taux d’avancement estimé à 95 % et dont plusieurs sections ont été mises en exploitation.
M. Djellaoui a également inspecté les travaux de réalisation de la ligne ferroviaire Ksar-El-Boukhari-Boughezoul, sur une distance de 42 km, dont les travaux de terrassement d’un tronçon de 30 km ont atteint un taux de 20 %.
Il appelé, à cet égard, les entreprises en charge de ce projet de “conjuguer leurs efforts pour terminer dans les délais cette ligne qui constitue un maillon essentiel de la ligne ferroviaire Alger-Tamenrasset”, a-t-il assuré.
Lors de la troisième et dernière étape de sa visite dans la wilaya de Médéa, M. Djellaoui a suivi un exposé sur l’état d’avancement d’un tronçon de la 4e Rocade qui relie la ville de Khemis-Meliana (Ain-Defla) à Berrouaghia, sur une distance de 67 km.
Il a instruit les responsables du projet pour livrer, au plus tard fin octobre courant, la section de route entre Djendel (Ain-Defla) et Hannacha, d’un linéaire de 10 km.
Une autre section de 12 km qui fait la jonction entre Hannacha et Bouaichoune, toujours dans la wilaya de Médéa, sera livrée, en mars prochain, selon les engagements de l’entreprise de réalisation.
Pour le reste des sections, qui connaissent un retard d’exécution, le ministre a invité les différents intervenant à redoubler d’efforts pour faire avancer les travaux.
