MONDE/ POLITIQUE : Répression au Soudan : « L’axe du mal » arabe très actif au Soudan
L’ancien président tunisien Moncef Marzouki a réagi, mardi 4 juin, à la répression sanglante d’une manifestation pacifique contre le pouvoir au Soudan et qui a fait plus de 100 morts et de nombreux blessés, selon un collectif de médecins soudanais. Il a affirmé que cette répression « était prévisible ».
Pour Moncef Marzouki, l’Égypte, les Émirats et l’Arabie Saoudite, trio qu’il qualifie d’ « axe du mal », sont les inspirateurs, voire les commanditaires de cette violence. « Lorsque nous voyons où les dirigeants de ce conseil putschiste (conseil de transition) se sont rendus (Caire, Abu Dhabi et Mecque) peu de temps avant (la répression), on comprend qu’ils sont allés donner des informations et recevoir des instructions. Dès le moment où ils ont décidé que les 10 000 soldats soudanais resteront au Yémen (en soutien aux armées de la coalition arabe contre les houthis), il est clair qu’ils ont choisi leur camp. Les instructions en provenance de l’axe du mal ne peuvent mener qu’à cette répression », a-t-il accusé sur la chaîne Al Jazeera.
En dénonçant cet « axe du mal », M. Marzouki affirme que « le peuple soudanais n’a pas seulement besoin de récupérer ses richesses, mais également son indépendance nationale et sa souveraineté. Du moment où les responsables d’un peuple prennent des instructions de forces étrangères, la situation devient dangereuse ».
« Les révolutions arabes visent à recouvrer la souveraineté des peuples et de la décision nationale qui étaient menacés auparavant par les forces occidentales alors qu’aujourd’hui nous sommes face à un groupe (de pays) qui se croient les tuteurs des autres. Ces pays s’ingèrent en Libye, au Soudan, au Yémen, en Syrie, en Tunisie. Ils sont même allés jusqu’à s’ingérer dans les affaires de pays forts et souverains comme l’Algérie et le Maroc », a poursuivi l’ancien chef de L’État tunisien.
L’ingérence des trois pays dénoncés par Marzouki dans les pays en plein soulèvement est réfléchie et vise à « mettre un terme aux révolutions » car, selon lui, « si celles-ci réussissent, elles mettront au pouvoir des hommes qui se préoccupent des intérêts de leurs peuples et non de ceux des forces étrangères, ce qu’ils ne veulent absolument pas ».
Les révolutions au Soudan et ailleurs « doivent rester pacifiques », a insisté Marzouki pour qui « l’axe du mal veut toujours attirer les mouvements vers la violence et la militarisation ». « Depuis 30 ans, le Soudan a connu sans cesse des révoltes armées sans pouvoir faire tomber El Béchir, alors que le mouvement pacifique dans toutes les villes du Soudan ont pu le faire », a-t-il rappelé.
Quant au soutien des puissances occidentales aux révolutions démocratiques dans les pays de la région Moyen-Orient et Afrique du Nord, Moncef Marzouki estime qu’il ne faut pas se faire d’illusion. « Nous voyons le peuple libyen subir les attaques de l’axe du mal à travers le mercenaire Khaftar dans l’indifférence de la communauté internationale, et c’est ce qui pourrait se passer au Soudan. Les peuples de la région doivent comprendre qu’ils ne doivent compter que sur eux-mêmes et ne pas s’attendre à ce que les puissances occidentales interviennent pour défendre les forces démocratiques dans nos pays ».
L’ancien Président tunisien a lancé un message à l’adresse des militaires soudanais en les invitant à « s’inspirer de l’exemple de l’armée algérienne et de l’armée tunisienne ». Cette dernière a, selon lui, « refusé d’être à la solde d’un tyran et a choisi de défendre son peuple », contrairement « à l’armée syrienne de Bachar El Assad qui agit comme une armée d’occupation ». « Je m’adresse surtout aux jeunes militaires soudanais et je leur rappelle que l’ère de l’impunité est révolue », a averti Moncef Marzouki.
