ALGÉRIE/ POLITIQUE: La société civile prépare une nouvelle initiative pour le 17 août
Des représentants de la société civile comptent lancer une nouvelle initiative politique qui devrait, en principe avoir lieu samedi 17 août, après l’échec de celle du 15 juin.
A l’initiative de la Confédération des Syndicats Algériens (CSA), des organisations nationales et professionnelles, cette nouvelle rencontre à caractère consultatif sera également ouvertes aux partis et personnalités politiques et des représentants du Mouvement populaire, selon Boualem Amoura, porte-parole du Satef, un des membres actifs de la CSA qui s’exprimait sur El Bilad.
Cette conférence aura d’abord à faire un bilan de toutes les initiatives politiques lancées par les différents acteurs afin de sortir le pays de la crise, puis en tirer les conséquences à travers l’élaboration d’une plate-forme consensuelle qui reprendrait les idées largement défendues par les acteurs politiques, lors des multiples initiatives lancées depuis le début de la crise.
En prélude à cette conférence, les membres de la CSA ont déjà pris contact avec les partis et personnalités regroupés dans « Les Forces du changement » et l’Alternative démocratique »
Les ex partis de la défunte coalition présidentielle, qui restent aux yeux de la population en général et du Hirak en particuliers continuent d’être perçus comme des moutons noires qui ne seront pas les bienvenus à cette conférence qui ne reconnait pas non plus la qualité d’interlocuteur à Bensalah.
Pas plus d’ailleurs que le Commission de Dialogue et de Médiation de Karim Younés que les organisateurs de la conférence jugent totalement « disqualifiée » à cause des démission qu’elle a connue et surtout du refus de l’institution militaire de répondre favorablement à ses préalables d’appariement pour créer un climat favorable au dialogue.
Pour rappel, les organisations de la société civile ont réussi le 15 juin dernier à organiser une conférence nationale avec une large participation, autour de 800 personnes, mais ses résolutions sont restées lettre morte, à cause de leur rejet par le pouvoir et les partis de l’opposition.
Question : cette deuxième tentative sera-t-elle la bonne pour les représentants de la société civile dans sa tentative de créer une dynamique dans le statut quo actuel, selon la formule de l’Ancien premier secrétaire du FFS.
