Le juge du tribunal criminel près la cour de justice de Blida, a prononcé aujourd’hui le 15 novembre,18 ans de prison assortie d’une amende d’un million de dinars algérien, à l’encontre de l’accusé principal dans l’affaire Khalifa Bank, Abdelmoumène Khalifa, ancien p-dg du groupe Khalifa.
Abdelmoumène Khalifa est poursuivi pour les chefs d’inculpation de « constitution d’association de malfaiteurs », « falsification de documents officiels et usage de faux », « vol en réunion, escroquerie, abus de confiance et corruption », « falsification de documents bancaires », et « banqueroute frauduleuse ».
Le procureur général du tribunal criminel près la cour de justice de Blida, a requis, la perpétuité à son encontre.
