Le président de la République, M. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, a annoncé jeudi, dans un discours à la nation, la dissolution de l’Assemblée populaire nationale (APN) et l’organisation d’élections législatives anticipées.
Cette décision intervient conformément aux dispositions de l’article 151 de la Constitution qui stipule que “Le Président du Conseil de la nation, le Président de l’Assemblée populaire nationale, le Président de la Cour constitutionnelle et le Premier ministre ou le chef du gouvernement, selon le cas, consultés, le président de la République peut décider de la dissolution de l’Assemblée populaire nationale ou d’élections législatives anticipées.
Dans les deux cas, les élections législatives ont lieu dans un délai maximal de trois (3) mois. Dans le cas où ces élections ne peuvent être organisées dans les délais prévus en raison d’une impossibilité quelconque, ce délai peut être prorogé d’une durée maximale de trois (3) mois après avis de la Cour constitutionnelle”.
Parmi les autres mesures fortes annoncées par le président,” le changement du Gouvernement dans 48 heures”” dit-il précisant que ce changement “touchera les départements dont les titulaires” n’ont pas été à la hauteur de leur missions.
Outre ces principales mesures, le président a également a annoncé , en vertu de la nouvelle constitution, une commission qui va s’occuper de l’installation de l’Observatoire de la société civile , lequel sera suivi de l’installation du Conseil supérieur de la Jeunesse.
