La Cour d’Alger a confirmé lundi les peines rendues en première instance contre l’ancien Premier ministre, Ahmed Ouyahia et l’ancien ministre des Travaux publics et des Transports, Abdelghani Zaâlane dans l’affaire de pillage du foncier touristique dans la wilaya de Skikda.
La Cour a ainsi condamné Ahmed Ouyahia à une peine de sept (7) ans de prison ferme assortie d’une amende d’un million de dinars, et Abdelghani Zaâlane à une peine de trois (3) ans de prison ferme et une amende d’un million de dinars.
L’ancien ministre des Travaux publics et des Transports, Amar Ghoul s’est vu lui sa peine d’emprisonnement durcie de 3 à 4 ans et a été condamné à versé la même amende.
La peine d’emprisonnement de l’ancien wali Mohamed Bouderbali a été également durcie à 7 ans de prison et 2 millions DA d’amende.
La Cour a confirmé la peine rendue en première instance à l’encontre de l’investisseur Ben Fassih Mohamed, condamné à quatre (4) ans de prison ferme et à une amende d’un million de dinars.
La même juridiction a également prononcé une peine de deux (2) ans de prison ferme assortie d’une amende d’un million de dinars à l’encontre des ex-walis de Skikda Fawzi Ben Hocine et Derfouf Hadjri
Les accusés sont poursuivis dans l’affaire de pillage du foncier touristique dans la wilaya de Skikda, pour abus de fonction, octroi d’indus privilèges et dilapidation de deniers publics.
