Le procureur général près le tribunal criminel d’appel (Cour d’Alger) a requis, lundi, une peine de 10 ans de prison ferme contre l’ancien ministre de la Justice, Tayeb Louh, poursuivi notamment pour “entrave au bon déroulement de la Justice” pendant son mandat de ministre.
Le procureur général a également requis une peine de 7 ans de prison ferme contre l’ancien inspecteur général du ministère de la Justice, Tayeb Belhachem et l’ancien Secrétaire général (SG) du même ministère, Laâdjine Zouaoui.
Quant à l’accusée, Meriem Benkhalifa, ancienne candidate aux législatives de mai 2017 dans la circonscription de la wilaya de Ghardaïa, une peine de 10 ans de prison ferme a été requise à son encontre par le parquet général pour “faux en écriture officielle”.
Une peine de 5 ans de prison ferme a été requise contre l’ancien homme d’affaires, Ali Haddad et Saïd Bouteflika, frère et conseiller de l’ancien président, Abdelaziz Bouteflika.
En octobre dernier, le tribunal criminel de première instance de Dar El Beida (Alger) avait condamné Tayeb Louh à une peine de 6 ans de prison ferme, alors que l’ancien inspecteur général, Tayeb Belhachem, Saïd Bouteflika et Ali Haddad avaient écopé de deux ans de prison ferme pour plusieurs chefs d’accusation, notamment pour “entrave au bon fonctionnement de la justice, abus de fonction et faux en écriture officielle”.
