Abdelmadjid Tebboune a prononcé mardi une allocution lors du coup d’envoi du défilé militaire organisé par l’Armée nationale populaire (ANP) à l’occasion du 60e anniversaire du recouvrement de la souveraineté nationale.
“Au nom d’Allah, Clément et Miséricordieux,
Prière et paix sur Son messager,
En ce grand et mémorable jour, et devant cette imposante démonstration d’une Algérie fière de ses gloires et fidèle à ses Chouhada, je présente à notre vaillant peuple toutes mes félicitations et tous mes vœux, alors que nous conférons un cachet exceptionnel à la célébration du 60e anniversaire du recouvrement de la souveraineté nationale, au moment où le pays, avec ses institutions et instances constitutionnelles, a atteint une phase où se dessinent les contours d’une Algérie confiante en son présent et pleine d’espoir en son avenir.
Devant cette imposante démonstration, il importe de réitérer les sentiments de gratitude que porte la Nation au bouclier de l’Algérie, notre Armée nationale populaire, digne héritière de l’Armée de libération nationale, aux côtés de laquelle nous assistons avec fierté aux grandes réalisations et acquis qu’elle a accomplis.
Ces moments, hautement symboliques, où le peuple algérien constate le haut niveau de professionnalisme et de maîtrise des sciences et technologies militaires atteint par notre puissante Armée, incarnent également tous les sentiments de fidélité envers nos Chouhada et au message éternel de Novembre.
C’est une Armée en cohésion avec le peuple qui gagne en dignité et en élévation, de par la place qu’elle occupe dans le cœur de la Nation et de par le patriotisme et de l’engagement des officiers, des soldats et de tous ses personnels et affiliés.
Je tiens à saluer les vaillants soldats stationnés aux frontières, les aigles qui protègent nos espaces aériens, et les héritiers des glorieux Raïs.
Je voudrais aussi, à cette occasion, insister que nous sommes, tous, quels que soient nos niveaux de responsabilité, appelés en cette conjoncture parsemée de défis, à contribuer à la consolidation des fondements de l’Etat des institutions et de droit, un Etat au sein duquel seront consacrés l’esprit de citoyenneté et les valeurs de solidarité et au sein duquel le sens du devoir national s’enracine.
Faisons de cela une conviction et un objectif noble guidant nos démarches, et de nos journées historiques des haltes qui témoignent de la fidélité aux Chouhada et au legs glorieux de Novembre, et des repères pour nous guider dans le service de notre chère Patrie et notre peuple vaillant.
Félicitations pour cette fête qui constitue la flamme de la Gloire dans le ciel de l’Algérie et flambeau de la fierté sur sa terre pure.
