Le pôle pénal financier et économique près le tribunal de Sidi M’hamed (Alger) a reporté à la semaine prochaine le procès de l’ancien directeur général de la Banque extérieure d’Algérie (BEA), Mohamed Loukal, poursuivi dans des affaires liées à la corruption.
Le report du procès est intervenu à la demande de la défense de l’accusé jusqu’à la comparution de témoins.
L’ancien directeur général de la BEA, placé en détention préventive depuis septembre dernier est poursuivi pour plusieurs chefs d’accusation, notamment pour abus de fonction et l’octroi d’indus avantages à autrui.
