La Commission de la fatwa du ministère des Affaires religieuses et des Wakfs a condamné mercredi les propos provocateurs du président de l’Union internationale des oulémas musulmans (UIOM), le Marocain Ahmed Raïssouni, qui a tenté d’allumer les feux de la fitna dans la région, soulignant qu'”il fait ainsi sienne l’idéologie des groupes terroristes extrémistes”.
“Les propos de Raïssouni portent une incitation claire et un appel explicite à attaquer la souveraineté des Etats. Mal lui en a pris d’attiser le discours de haine et d’appeler à allumer les feux de la fitna entre les peuples, les Etats et les gouvernements de la région”, a précisé la Commission de la fatwa dans un communiqué, ajoutant que Raïssouni “a tenté vainement de revêtir ces élucubrations et ces divagations du sceau du djihad en les reliant à des thèses illusoires et infondées rejetées par la religion, la raison, l’histoire et la réalité, faisant ainsi sienne l’idéologie des groupes terroristes extrémistes”.
“Le véritable djihad est celui dont nos aïeux ont porté l’étendard dans cette terre bénie lorsque, répondant à l’appel de la religion et de la patrie, ils se sont levés contre l’occupation française, sacrifiant leur argent et leurs vies. Et c’est le même djihad mené aujourd’hui par les enfants du peuple palestinien contre l’entité sioniste occupante”, a soutenu la commission de la fatwa.
“L’auteur de ces propos graves et insensés, qui s’est approprié la doctrine expansionniste du Makhzen, a voulu attenter à la souveraineté de deux états voisins, en l’occurrence l’Algérie et la Mauritanie, faisant fi des règles et des lois internationales et des principes de bon voisinage, ainsi que de la morale islamique dont tout un chacun doit se prévaloir, à fortiori lorsqu’il s’agit d’un individu qui prétend être versé dans les sciences de la Charia islamique”, a estimé la commission.
La commission se dit convaincue que “les peuples de la région sont pleinement conscients des complots ourdis contre eux et que ces tentatives vaines et désespérées ne feront que renforcer leur rejet du discours de haine et d’hostilité relayé par ces porte-voix et leur attachement à la fraternité et l’unité islamiques, à la préservation de leurs intérêts et à la défense de leur destin commun”.
