Le ministre de l’Education nationale, Abdelhakim Belabed, a affirmé que les établissements éducatifs étaient prêts à accueillir les élèves le 21 septembre prochain, grâce aux moyens organisationnels et financiers mis en place, a indiqué mardi un communiqué du ministère.
S‘exprimant lors d’une conférence nationale tenue par visioconférence, consacrée au suivi des préparatifs de la rentrée scolaire 2022-2023, M. Belabed a insisté sur “la disponibilité des établissements éducatifs à accueillir les élèves le mercredi 21 septembre 2022, date arrêtée lors du Conseil des ministres du 28 août courant”.
Le ministre de l’Education nationale a souligné, dans ce cadre, que “tous les moyens organisationnels et financiers ont été réunis”, avant de rappeler “les nouveautés de cette rentrée et les dispositions devant être mises en œuvre”.
Passant en revue les principaux dossiers à concrétiser durant cette année scolaire, il a cité “l’introduction de la langue anglaise à la 3e année primaire”.
Le ministre a souligné, dans ce sens, que “tous les points relatif à l’enseignement de cette matière seront fin prêts avant le retour en classe des élèves qu’il s’agisse du programme, du manuel, l’encadrement, la formation ou encore des programmes éducatifs adéquats, et ce, dans le cadre de l’exécution des instructions du président de la République, M. Abdelmadjid Tebboune”.
A ce propos, M. Belabed a donné des instructions aux directeurs de l’Education à l’effet de “d’introduire la liste des personnes souhaitant enseigner cette matière dans le système informatique du secteur de l’Education à la fin de la journée du mardi comme dernier délai”.
Le système en question se chargera de classer, automatiquement, les personnes inscrites pour occuper des postes contractuels selon des critères étudiés, et ce, avant de les convoquer pour choisir le lieu de travail en fonction de la priorité dans le classement.
Les enseignants retenus suivront par la suite une formation qualifiante, a-t-il expliqué, insistant sur “la transparence absolue” à conférer à cette opération.
M. Belabed a également ordonné la poursuite du “suivi sur terrain des différentes opérations adoptées pour l’allègement du poids du cartable scolaire, la distribution et la vente des manuels scolaires, l’examen des programmes éducatifs notamment dans les zones soumises à une forte pression, outre le suivi de la situation des structures d’hébergement et des cantines”.
