Les neuf autres prévus dans cette affaire avec à leur tête le chef de la daïra de Skikda Antri Azzedine et l’ex-président de l’APC de la même ville Kamel Tebbouche ont été condamnés à des peines allant de cinq (5) à huit (8) ans de prison ferme.
L’ex-wali de Skilkda et les autres co-accusés sont poursuivis pour des délits liés à la corruption.
