Le bilan d’une frappe russe sur un immeuble résidentiel de Dnipro en Ukraine a grimpé lundi à 36 morts, un décompte qui devrait encore s’alourdir et qui constitue l’un des plus lourds depuis le début de la guerre.
Près de 48 heures après la frappe, le chef de la police nationale ukrainienne Igor Klymenko a annoncé, qu’après une seconde nuit de recherches, 36 morts dont deux enfants avaient été retrouvés, et que 75 personnes, dont 15 enfants, ont été blessées.
Selon le gouverneur régional ukrainien Valentyn Reznichenko, « le sort de 35 autres habitants de l’immeuble est inconnu », laissant donc craindre un doublement du bilan des morts. Les opérations de sauvetage se poursuivent toujours pour tenter de retrouver des survivants sous les décombres fumants. Une brigade cynophile a notamment été déployée. Depuis le début des opérations de sauvetage, « 39 personnes ont été sauvées » des ruines, d’après le gouverneur.

Kiev maintient ses positions à Soledar, d’après Londres
Dimanche, les forces ukrainiennes ont « presque certainement » maintenu des positions à Soledar, au nord de Bakhmout, selon le ministère britannique de la Défense. Au cours du week-end, des combats intenses se sont poursuivis dans les secteurs de Kreminna et de Bakhmout, a ajouté le ministère.
